Saco River Midwifery will be offering IUD options this spring including hormonal and non-hormonal IUDs. Insurance billing may be available. The hour long office visit includes IUD placement and a wellness exam, time to talk about your health concerns, and other lab testing as indicated.

Caya Diaphragm

The Caya diaphragm offers a hormone-free on demand birth control option. You can purchase your Caya in the office during your consult visit. Visit can also include a full wellness exam.

Natural Cycle Tracking

Do you want to learn more about your cycle, how to track it, and how to better understand your hormones and fertility throughout the month? You can schedule a private, hour long consult to go over how fertility tracking works, how to understand your cycle, and how to better plan for or prevent pregnancy naturally.
